Recipe: Kimchi Mayo

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 cup kimchi

  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise (preferably Duke’s)

  • Optional: salt, pepper, rice vinegar, sriracha


Directions:

  1. Mix kimchi and mayonnaise in a food processor until smooth.

  2. Adjust to taste with optional seasonings.

  3. Use on sandwiches, dressings, deviled eggs, pimento cheese, or as a dip.
